right  now we’re in bahamas, meating up with the few other kid  boats that there are. the bahamas really aren’t what i thought they would be, for me there’s too much color, scraggly islands and blue  water. some the fish kind of creep me too.  my parents say: you’re going to appreciat this trip some day, and i probably will but i really don’t feel the excitement.

    Zip-line

Today we went to a zip-line park thing and went zip lining (I think that’s what you call it).  So, we got there early and watched as a group came down, one by one, until this girl came down, about 6 or 7, started to go down.  Well,  she was going down pretty fast, then all of a sudden KAPLOOEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her shoe came off.  And it was pretty funny to watch.  Thirty minutes later it was our turn.  So, we went down a path and got to this weired thingy magigy with some zip- line people rangers.  We get into our harnesses and saw a ranger do a demonstration. Then, we went down the first zip- line… Well, this one person in our group started to go down with her eyes closed, so you could see she was afraid of heights.  So, she was going down until she started to slow down until… she  STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So, she was out in the middle of the course with her eyes closed.  Well, the ranger gave her some instructions and she started to pull herself up the line, all the while with closed eyes.  A little later, the lady reached the platform where she was supposed to land, and the rest of us went. A few zip- lines later we were done and I have to admit, it was really cool.

    Guadeloupe

Hey, we’re in Guadeloupe. This morning, my mom, brother and me went in at 9:00 am and had crepes for breakfast.  I had 1 1/2  of chocolate.  Plus, my family and me are going out to dinner.

    P.S.  READ MY P.S.S.

P.S.S. We have a club which is called the Snacking Society.  For snackers only.

Not just 10 minutes ago while I was listening to I kissed a girl by Katy Perry my father shouted: WE’RE DRAGGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so my mom went went up on deck and said “What’s wrong?” And he said, “The catamaran is dragging!  Get in the dinghy! ” So they zoomed over to the catamaran and started yelling.  My dad climbed aboard and started knocking on doors and windows.  Then, it was positive that they weren’t there.  Then they started to push it with the dinghy in forward because it was dragging down on another boat.  After about a minute, other dinghies started coming over to push the catamaran.  I saw a little dinghy with a two horsepower motor that was doing absolutely nothing.  After about two more minutes of pushing and pulling and yelling and all that other stuff, the owners, who were French, finally saw their catamaran dragging and zoomed over to fix it.  After all that “commotion”, they came back and my mom accused my dad of saying “We’re dragging!”, rather than “They’re dragging!” or “The catamaran is dragging!” or “Someone is dragging!”.  After that it was… just plain boring.

We’re in St. Martin and we’re going to the Dutch side in  a few days but right now we’re on the French side speaking ”French”and on the Dutch side speaking English. Hopefully.  We met some folks on a sail boat so we’re are hanging out with them and we’ve had some bread and croissants.

We’re leaving Tortola in a few hours and after I finish this blog I*’m going to Bobby’s market place  to buy candy and after I do that I think we’re leaving to go to Cane Garden Bay for a night and then go to St. John to meet up with some fellow boat friends. Then, finally we’re making an overnight passage to St. Maartin.
